British police encountered London newsagent Ian Tomlinson walking along the pavement. Then they murdered him.

Okay, here’s a video that you may not want to watch. It is of a San Fransisco transit cop calmly pulling his gun from his holster, taking aim at a suspect, who is laying face down on the concrete (with other officers holding him immobile) and then shooting said suspect in the back. The officer kills the non-resistant suspect in what can only be called an execution.

I post this only after hearing such a tide of “the guy prolly deserved it” arguments all over the interweb.
